Sanjay Dutt Resumes Shooting for ‘KD’ After Cancer Treatment
Sanjay Dutt has resumed shooting for his upcoming film ‘KD’ after completing his cancer treatment. The film is directed by Prashant Neel, and stars Dutt, Dhruva Sarja, and Shilpa Shetty Kundra in the lead roles.
Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2020, and underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. He completed his treatment in early 2022, and has since been declared cancer-free.
“I am grateful to be back on set,” Dutt said in a statement. “I am looking forward to finishing ‘KD’ and sharing it with the audience.”
The film ‘KD’ is set to be released in 2023. It is a pan-India multilingual film, and will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
